Compliance regulations for existing clients: HiFX Foreign Currency Exchange

I already have an account, do these changes apply to me?

If you have already established an account with HiFX and previously supplied all of the necessary documentation your account will still be active with HiFX. However HiFX is required to maintain up to date records and carry out ongoing customer due diligence. Depending on the date of your original application, we may need to obtain up-to-date information from you.

You should contact us if the following situation applies to you:

  • You established your account with HiFX more than 12 months ago, and have not conducted a transaction within the last 12 months.
  • You have changed your address since establishing your account and have not updated your records with HiFX.
  • You have established an account more than 24 months ago.
